The Spathiphyllum, also known as Peace Lily, is the most well-known plant within our air purifying range. Characteristic of the Spathiphyllum are the white, upright flowers. Some varieties even have slightly scented flowers. In general, the larger the plant, the larger the flower and the smaller the plant, the more flowers.

The Spathiphyllum likes a moderately light to shady spot, but definitely not in direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is between 15 and 23°C.
Care is simple: keep the root ball moist and give the plant an occasional shower to rinse the dust from the leaves. After flowering, cut away the old (green) flower stem completely so that no energy is lost on old flowers.
